A lovely return to Frasers near Ashford for the beautiful Kent wedding of Chelsea and Warren. I’m always made to feel welcome at Frasers by Lisa and her staff, and the food here is just sublime. The ceremony was an early one at 12.30 which meant a 10 am start to shoot the preparations. Frasers used to be a local wedding venue for me when I lived that way but now it's an hour's drive. With weddings and motorways, I always add a good deal of contingency time and so I left my home in Chislehurst very early. I’ve never been late, nor will I ever be.
Chelsea and her four bridesmaids and two flower girls got ready in accommodation adjacent to Lisa’s house and Warren in the Oast house.
Hair and beauty were done by three ladies from Glamour Brides https://glamour-brides.com, who was incredibly busy getting everyone ready.
I was given a very short list of just a few group shots and as it was an early start, I did their romantic shots after the meal and speeches.
I asked Lisa if I could start the romantic shots over at her house in the garden, a lovely Willow tree and pond. Then another little break for the couple before heading into the long grass at Golden Hour for the last couple of shots.
